Coffee brewed in this way has a very delicate taste, with the sensation of a liqueur, with low bitterness and can be stored for several days without loss of flavour. The bottle has a simple and elegant shape – it will make an interesting decoration of any kitchen. It is made of Japanese glass and silicone. It is equipped with a thin plastic filter that does not allow any coffee grounds to pass through.To brew Cold Brew, simply pour 6 g of ground coffee (medium fine grind) into the filter respectively for every 100 ml of cold water. Stir gently and leave the bottle in the fridge for 12 – 30 hours (we recommend experimenting with the brewing time and the ratio of coffee and water). Then simply remove the ground coffee filter and now your brew is ready to serve.
