In the lush highlands of West Java, Indonesia, Frinsa Estate is a beacon of specialty coffee innovation. Founded by Wildan Mustofa and his wife, Atieq Mustikaningtyas, in 2010, this estate has redefined Indonesian coffee with its focus on experimental and high-quality processing methods. Nestled at 1400 meters above sea level, Frinsa Estate meticulously oversees every step of production, ensuring excellence from cherry selection to final grading.

This particular lot, Frinsa Manis #2, undergoes a unique Natural Lactobacillus fermentation process, enhancing its depth and complexity. The coffee cherries are carefully fermented to encourage lactic acid bacteria, which contribute to the coffee’s signature winey and jammy characteristics. The result is a vibrant cup bursting with flavors of forest berries, red wine, gummybear sweetness, raisins, coconut rum, and brown spice, with a transparent body and elegant alcoholic fermentation notes.
