Our journey in search of coffee led us to the province of Papua New Guinea. Next to Ji-waka, Enga and close to Simbu and Madang provinces. Is the area with the highest coffee production in the country. The volcanic soil in this area is very fertile, making it the largest area of coffee cherries in Papua New Guinea. There we met the producer Paul Pora.
Paul’s knowledge in the coffee processing industry, reflected in the management of the wet mill and quality coffee.
To fully control the quality of his coffee, Paul buys exclusively red cherries from farmers in his area. The quality of the coffee has to do with the always careful selection of ripe cherries made by Paul and his team. So we are happy to have in our store, a coffee that in every cup one can discover flavors such as mango, papaya, pineapple, orange and notes of sweet wine.
