Deep in the heart of San Ignacio, Peru, there is a paradise for coffee lovers – El Limon Farm. Spanning 2 hectares, this oasis, located at 1550 meters above sea level, offers more than just a breathtaking view. It is home to unique varieties such as Bourbon, Pache and Pacmara, which grow under the South American sun.
Jorge grows mainly Tipica, Caturra and Bourbon. The owner of this particular farm is Jorge Silva. Jorge is one of the 300 members of the Aromas Del Valle cooperative. An important factor in the choice of this particular coffee was the fact that the cooperative pays great attention to the quality of the raw material.
The soul of this land, Mr. Córdova Neira, passionately makes organic coffee, becoming a respected member of the Cedros Cooperative. Its innovative fermentation techniques reflect its dedication to incomparable aromas, making every sip a unique experience.
But this journey is not alone. The Córdova family, with their shared dreams and endless work, ensures that each grain reaches its apogee. This tale ties in with the wider history of Cedros. With their roots deep in areas such as Tabaconas and La Coipa, they represent quality. Solar dryers, Jorge Carrillo Enrriquez’s intensive training and guidance push them towards excellence.
