Founded in 2014 by the Trejos and Di Tolla families, this micro mill honors their firstborn, Gabriel, in its name. The Villa Sarchi variety, flourishing between 1300-1600 meters above sea level, is a unique Costa Rican gem. It’s known for its compact growth and rich lineage, offering a flavorful profile of cherry, vanilla, chocolate syrup, strawberry, candy, and citrus.
