Next stop in the country of Kenya! Farmers handpick the coffee cherries and separate them into unripe and ripe.Then special machines remove the skin and pulp and assess at the next stage to which grade each belongs.The lowest grade is number 3!
In this particular batch we were delighted with the floral sweetness and notes of violet and jasmine.You’ll also find fruit features like plum! So delicious that we couldn’t pass up this coffee! Once again Kenya has proven to us that their coffees are of superior quality and can stand out amongst the dazzling array of strong coffee production scum!
