FARM INFORMATION
Danche is a coffee cherry processing station located in Chelbesa, Gadeo. The soil of the area is very fertile and their farming methods pay off to the max! We chose this particular coffee, after different taste tests of its coffees from the country of Ethiopia, because the taste characteristics it gives us are unique! Intense floral aromas such as orange blossom define the complexity of this coffee. Strawberry sweetness is also present, dressed with an orange-like acidity.
The way of processing is through washing the cherries and then sorting them according to their density. The lower-density coffee cherries are floated and removed, while the denser ones are picked and sorted! They let them dry for 10 days.
