The name “Manis,” meaning “sweet” in Bahasa, perfectly captures the essence of this natural coffee, loved by all.
The processing of Frinsa Manis #1 is a testament to precision and care. Whole cherries are dried naturally without additives, allowing the coffee to embody its terroir’s pure flavors. The cherries are hand-picked, dried, and meticulously sorted to create a balanced and refined cup. This natural method results in a vibrant flavor profile featuring notes of rum raisin, coconut, and plum juice, with a subtle touch of pink fruit and florals, leaving a winey, boozy finish.
