Our host for this coffee is Freddy Correa, he decided to start this own farm in 2018, La Primavera in Bajo Encanto. They start their production of Pink creation again this year because the market went crazy with that coffee. This is the 4th production of this coffee with their partner Cesar at Pilatuto Huila and they have create this profile in order to give exactly the profile that the the people wants to taste in their coffees.
