FARM INFORMATION

One of the top coffees produced in El Vergel State is this particular Red and Yellow Caturra! The entire area is surrounded by guava trees, which thrive in temperate to tropical climates, with no very low temperatures. The coffee profile is one of the most intense and full of fruity characteristics developed in the region. In 2016 and 2018 they started planting this lot and the quantity reached 40,000 plants. It was one of their best batches.

This coffee has been subjected to an anaerobic fermentation treatment, The temperature during the process was controlled for 60 hours and to keep the pH level constant as well as the different humidity levels to enhance the complexity, it was constantly alert. The taste characteristics that we will find in our mug are red fruits with intense sweetness, the aftertaste of dark chocolate, and a full, creamy body!
