Los Encuentros is a small farm owned by Diédericks Gadea located in the mountains of Northern Nicaragua, 80 kilometers from the city of Jinotega. There is a great love for the countryside of Los Encuentros! Diédericks parents taught him from a very young age to be able to grow corn and red beans in the fields where he grew up and he often remembers the day his grandfather gave him a cow as a gift. This cow became the first and integral valuable piece of the property he saved to buy land for his farm. Los Encuentros finally became the first farm to produce coffee!
